11 Oct Official opening ceremony for new wing
On Thursday, 18th July, The Elizabeth Suite was officially opened by the Lord Lieutenant of Shropshire, Anna Turner. The ceremony marked a special moment in Elmhurst’s history. It was well-attended and enjoyed by all. Here are some photographs, which were taken on the day.

The Lord-Lieutenant of Shropshire talking to Barbara, one of our residents. Barbara moved to Elmhurst in 2015. She is the only resident to have seen the Home before it was taken over in 2017 by the current co-owners. Barbara has seen many changes, so had plenty to talk about.
